Every machine runs on a fixed service schedule. Before any rental leaves our depot, it's checked by our own mechanic - not a checkbox, an actual inspection. If it does fail on-site, we'll have a replacement to you within 4 hours.

Yes. Delivery and pickup can be arranged across Hawke’s Bay, with included delivery inside the local radius described on the page.
Can I book gear ahead of harvest?
Yes. For high-demand items like platforms and sprayers, advance booking is the best way to lock in timing.
What happens if we need extra units mid-season?
Send an enquiry or call us. We will confirm what is available and can often add units quickly if stock allows.
